Tricolor Cakes Recipe

Method of Tricolor Cake

Remove the red edges of the bread slices now cut them in the round from the center. Pour milk on a big bowl. Heat oil or butter in a non-stick frying pan. All sides of bread should be soaked in milk and take it out before soggy and fry them on the flame in heated oil. Soak the pieces in syrup and take out quickly. Add two teaspoons of milk to the remaining syrup. Strain after the dirt separates. Now make round cakes of cottage cheese ( should be half the size of bread cakes) and cook them in the syrup. When the syrup starts setting, take off from the fire and place the cakes on the fried bread cakes immediately. They will set when cool. Place a cherry on top of each cottage cheese cake while still hot. All the three-part will stick to each other after the cake is cool. Place a cherry on top of each cottage cheese cake while still hot. All three parts will stick to each other after the cake is cool. Decorate them on a plate and serve.

Ingredients:-

  • 8 Slices of bread
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 200 gms of cottoage cheese
  • 250 gms sugar
  • A few pieces of cherry murabba or simple cherries
  • Ghee or Butter (for frying)
