Take a round but small-sized cucumber and cut in into two halves with a knife in a zig-zag shape. Separate the two parts and empty them from the middle. Now you have two bowls made of zig- zag cucumber. Fill one with mint chutney and the other with tomato sauce and place them on the plate of mince cakes. You can use a longish tray lined up on four sides with mince cakes. The center can have two cucumber bowls with chutney and a boy doll can be made of boiled potatoes. The doll’s cap with a feather on top is made out of a beetroot ring. Eyes and nose can be made by inserting cloves and the mouth can have bits of sliced tomato.
Such bowls of cucumber can be decorated on a plate of kebabs also.
